Who we are

Pillars of our politics

Three ideas that have guided the Kerala Congress (M) since its formation — rooted in the Central Travancore tradition and built for every citizen of the state.

01 / Ideology

The Toiling Class

Farmers, agricultural workers, factory hands and salaried employees all belong to the same toiling class. Their interests are aligned, not opposed. K. M. Mani gave this unity its formal shape in 1978 — the Adhwana Varga Sidhantham.

02 / Welfare

Welfare for all

The Karunya Benevolent Fund Scheme, Welfare Lottery, and cooperative tradition — welfare woven into the fabric of governance. No citizen left behind by the party that holds power.

03 / Presence

People in every panchayat

480+ representatives in tri-level local bodies across Kerala. A party that cannot reach the village does not deserve to lead the state. The Kerala Congress (M) has always known this.
